My name is Thomas Stensitzki, and I’m a principal technology consultant for Microsoft messaging and collaboration technologies. I own Granikos GmbH & Co. KG, which offers enterprise consulting and training services for Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, hybrid configurations, and modern collaboration.
I’ve been an MVP for Microsoft 365 and Exchange since April 2018.
I’m a Microsoft Master certified in Solutions Master Messaging and Microsoft Certified Master for Exchange Server. This means I’m an expert in any messaging topic related to Microsoft Exchange, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, and hybrid configurations. I also work as a Microsoft Certified Trainer, teaching Microsoft technology courses.
I was an MCT Community Lead from 2020 until 2025 and supported the MCT community in Germany and collaborated with Microsoft on training and certification topics.
In February 2019, I wrote my first book, “Exchange Server 2019 – Das Handbuch für Administratoren”. The second edition, “Exchange – Das Handbuch für Administratoren,” came out in the fall of 2022.
The year 2024 changed my life. I was diagnosed with lymphoma, and I started a new (German) blog about my cancer journey. I developed a new project after finishing the chemotherapy treatment in July 2024.
“Discuss At Ease” is my new project, where I talk about my experiences and how I dealt with the diagnosis and the treatment. I want to offer a secure space where you can talk about the challenges of your illness if you need someone to talk to. More information on the campaign will be available soon.
